Horticultural site audits and AMC care visits are coordinated with licensed botanical specialists. Site conditions, water supplies, and light measurements recorded during diagnostics are compiled into digital reports to authorize custom health warranty coverage.
All foliage specimens are pre-acclimatized and delivered in certified healthy conditions. Since plants are living organisms subject to individual home care parameters (watering regularity, ambient airflow, temperature), Himi is not liable for health decline after the standard coverage period.

Foliage can occasionally suffer leaf drooping or root disturbance during logistics. If your plant arrives with severe stem damage, broken pottery, or permanent transit shock, submit a ticket within **48 hours** with photos via our grievance register page. We will dispatch a replacement free of charge.
Travertine pottery can be returned within **7 days** of delivery if they are completely unused, free of soil stains, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for safe return courier shipping costs to our logistics warehouse.
Approved refund claims are credited directly to your original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / Card / Cashfree) within **5 to 7 working days** after verification. No cash refunds are processed.
